As your doula, I’m here to walk with you and your partner through it all. I’m not here to take over or direct your story, but to be a steady, calming presence—someone who’s there to support you emotionally, physically, and practically. Whether that looks like offering encouragement, helping you stay grounded through contractions, or simply being a peaceful presence in the room, I’m there to remind you of the strength and wisdom already inside you.
